PULMONARY THROMBOEMBOLISM: DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

Diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary embolism (PE) is a serious problem at the present. The most objective methods of PE diagnostic are angiopulmography, perfusion scintigraphy and hemodynamic examinations. In treatment of PE the thrombolysis is dominated (90 %) eventually heparinotherapy and less surgical treatment (10 %).
