Every patient suspected from peripheral arterial disease (PAD), a patient with claudication, resting ischemic pain of the lower limbs (LL) or with non-healing LL defects should undergo an angiological examination. It is important to keep in mind the existence of the diagnosis of PAD, which is quite widespread in the population.
