PACIENT AFTER MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION WITH ANGINA PECTORIS
With improving quality of care in patients with acute coronary syndromes and with prolongation of life after myocardial infarction, general practice physician comes frequently in contact with patients with angina pectoris after myocardial infarction . It is caused also by the fact, that patients are better educated and more attentive . It is important to be very careful to distinguish between trivial and serios causes of chest pain after myocardial infarction, because its reccurence can be a warning sign of imminent acute coronary syndrome.
