Osteoporosis and quality of life
Osteoporosis is a disease of the bones characterized by a significant bone loss caused by numerous reasons. This can lead to various complications such as pain, or immobilization, but the most serious ones are, of course, fractures. The latter can significantly reduce the quality of life especially in elderly patients and in some cases can even cause death.
