Novel approaches to treatment of diabetic foot syndrome
Diabetic foot syndrome is a serious disease, often leading to limb amputation. Proper diagnosis and early therapy improves patient’s chance of preserving the limb. It is important to keep in mind specific measures of clinical finding (lack of pain) and therapy. Interdisciplinary approach is mandatory.
