AMENDMENTS TO HEALTH CARE LEGISLATION (PART 2)

New health care system has been introduced in Slovakia last year by adopting new legislation. As of 1 November 2004, 6 new laws became effective. This summer all the laws have been ammended for the second time with effective date of 1 September 2005. Act No. 140/1998 Coll Act on Drugs has also been amendment becomes with effective date of August 1, 2005. Author presents latest changes in legislation relevant to general practiotioners in Slovakia.
