PREVENTION POSSIBILITIES OF CHRONIC PAIN
Patients with chronic pain present a big problem not only in somatic sphere, but in a process of chronification they become problematic in social and economic sphere too. The elucidation of neurophysiological changes as peripheral and central sensitisation and early therapy are is only one of the possibilities. Complex approach to the patient with pain, with his psychological changes , social and economical background is very important. According to experiences, these factors are more significant than somatic changes.
