Extraarticular manifestations of rheumatic diseases
Rheumatic diseases may involve body organs and systems, this symptoms may be the first sign of the disease, and knowledge of them may help with diagnosis. In this review the renal, cardiovascular, pulmonary, skin and ocular involvement is mentioned.
