MANAGEMENT OF VASCULAR LEG ULCERATIONS AND PRESENT OPTIONS IN VASCULAR SURGERY
Author presents the contemporary view of the etiopathogenesis, epidemiology, clinical picture, diagnostics and management of the leg ulcerations due to vascular causes. The rational therapy of ulcerations in chronic venous insufficiency and leg arterial ischemia from the view of a general practitioner is emphasized.
