Constipation management in the general practitioner clinic
The aim of this work is to complete and make clear the constipation diagnosis and therapy of patients who are suffering from constipation and to improve the quality of their lives in the end. The factors that can cause constipation could be either elementary function disorders or serious diseases affecting the organs or systems. This article describes the necessary actions that help to make the patient’s management more transparent, by means of direct treatment or consultation with specialists.
