WHAT IS THE POSITION OF STATINS IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH HEART FAILURE?
Previous prospective outcome studies of statins have not provided any guidance on benefit-risk in patients with chronic heart failure. ongoing study CoRoNA (ongoing also in several centres in Slovakia) will bring answers to this important clinical task and the result will be included into current guidelines for management of patients with chronic heart failure.
