TREATMENT OF ARRYTHMIA AND PHARMACOTHERAPY POSSIBILITIES
Despite the progress in non-pharmacological treatment of arrhythmias, pharmacotherapy remains the mainstay of arrhythmia management. Besides traditional antiarrhythmic drugs also ACE inhibitors, sartans, statins and omega 3 fatty acids play a role in the arrhythmia treatment. The article summarizes principal therapeutic approaches in the management of the most frequent arrhythmias.
