First-time mother collapse – case report

The article presents a case report of a young first-time mother who experienced a sudden collapse at home with a disorder of consciousness. An emergency ambulance crews (EAC) was sent to the scene. The situation was aggravated by the longer driving time due to the long distance and the witness who spoke a foreign language. A history could not be obtained even from a patient who was in shock with impaired consciousness at the time of the arrival of EAC.
