Traditional and moist therapy of the lower leg ulcer

Lower leg ulcer treatment is a frequent topic encountered by practical dermatologist. Although the traditional approach is still topical, it is a most complicated treatment modality influenced by personal preferences and geographical customs. Important problems are topical and systemic toxicity. Moist treatment, on the other hand is a novel approach, which through its simplicity lowers the risk of improper treatment. Knowledge of the moist therapy products generic categories enables one to choose properly among douzens of products available.
