Individual approach choosing appropriate therapy for patient with multiple sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis is etiopathogeneticaly heterogenous chronic inflammatory-degenerative disease of CNS with variable course in the individual patients. The activity of the disease can fluctuate from benign to very aggressive form. To obtain the most efficient therapeutic results we need to choose an individual approach for appropriate therapy. It is also very important to keep in mind the risk of this therapy for appropriate patient. The continual clinical and laboratory monitoring of the patients is unavoidable.
