Fever in broader context
Fever is a symptom that accompanies various infectious and non-infectious diseases. In primary care, it is one of the most commonly occurring symptoms of illness. The aim of this article is to outline the fundamental biochemical and hematological changes associated with fever and to provide simple management for patients presenting with this symptom.
