DIAGNOSTIC OF THE DISORDERS OF HEART PERFUSION AND MYOCARDIAL DYSFUNCTION
The paper reviews diagnostic modalities of myocardial ischemia and dysfunction. There are written main steps in evaluation of patient with suspect or established coronary artery disease. The non-invasive tests are compared and their advantages and limitations are documented. Detection of myocardial ischemia and dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease is important for their risk stratification, choice of adequate therapeutic management and long-term prognosis.
