Chirurgická liečba cerebrovaskulárnej insuficiencie
Surgical treatment of cerebrovascular insuficiency Carotid endarterectomy is recently one of the most commonly performed vascular reconstructive operation with a well-demonstrated benefit in symptomatic as well as asymptomatic patient with manifastation of cerebrovascular insuficiency. Indication criteria of conventional carotid endarterectomy are well-known and strongly defined.
