Benign prostatic hyperplasia, diagnostics and contemporary opportunities of miniinvasive treatment

This article summarizes contemporary opportunities of miniinvasive treatment of the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). Uptodate pharmacological treatment offers to the patients good quality of life and decreases the risk of surgical intervention. Nowadays is very popular combined therapy mainly combination of alpha-adrenergic blockers with 5α-reductase inhibitors or with parasympatolytics.
