ACUTE HAEMORRHOIDAL DISEASE
Acute haemorrhoidal disease is a very frequented one. Modern treatment of heamorrhoids involves a scale of methods. To change daily habits, local therapy, farmacology, semiinvasive methods and finally surgery. The condition of successful therapy is a precise diagnosis by means of anoscope, „step by step“ therapy, individually tailored for each patient. Using conservative and semiinvasive measurements we can reach definitive treatment in more than 90 % of patients. About 1/10 of them have to be operated.
