Microcirculation in intestinal mucosa and its conextion to IBD
The work is focused on the current state of knowledge of Colitis ulcerosa and Morbus Crohn. Causes of Morbus Crohn and Colitis ulcerosa are not quite known so far. However, it is obvious that the anomalies triggering pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel diseases are not limited only to standard immune cells. They can be also triggered by non immune cells. Microcirculation plays the key role in immune homeostasis of the intestinal mucosa by the means of regulation of the extent of movement of polymorfonuclear glanulocytes and other cells from vessels into the area outside them.
