Testosteron replacement therapy in daily urological practise

Currently, when there is a general increase in life expectancy, demands on improving its quality have increased. Low levels of testosterone in a man of a given age may be associated with subjectively perceived discomfort, sexual dysfunction and cardiovascular risk. Based on patient's subjective symptoms and testosterone levels, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) may be initiated.
