Minimizing the risk of healthcare-associated infections with indwelling urethral catheter through the decision-making process

Decision-making processes in health care are an integral part of strategic management. If the problem has to be solved effectively, the solution should be clearly based on the philosophy of decision-making processes. One of the serious problems of modern medicine are healthcare-associated infections. The article is focused to decision-making process leading to the minimization of urogenital infections caused in causal connection with health care.
