Proton-beam therapy controversies in prostate cancor
The authors describe the possibilities of radiotherapy of prostate cancer and focus on certain controversies associated with proton therapy in this indication. They bring up to date published data on the results and risks associated with proton therapy in prostate irradiation. The work also contains presented case studies of patients with proton-related complications who have been or are being treated for urology.
