Ureteral endometriosis
In our case report we describe a 65 years old women with accidental finding of left hydronephrosis. A tumorous mass in the distal part of the ureter was described according to computed tomography and a double J stent was inserted. The patient was examined by a gynaecologist and a surgeon and a colonoscopy was performed, all with negative findings. The patient was reffered to undergo a resection of the left ureter wih exstirpation of the tumourous mass. Surprisingly, extragenital intrinsic endometriosis was described in final histology.
