BCG – history, method principe, indication, effectivity, dosage
Bacillus Calmette –Guerine intravesical therapy has become a standard treatment of high grade non-muscle invasive blader cancer (Ta, T1) and cancer in situ (CIS) in clinical praktice with acceptable results. A lot of questions are still unclear. Goal of an article is the summary BGG treatment and description of interesting historical evolution.
