Transanal total mesorectal excision – procedure and our experience
Transanal total mesorectal excision (TaTME) is an increasingly used alternative to surgery for rectal cancer.Although the TaTME principle was proposed in the treatment of lower and middle rectal cancer as early as 2010, further studies are still needed to confirm the safety of this procedure.
