In this article we present the case of a 24-year-old patient with histologically proven solid pseudopapillary neoplasia (SPN) in the head of the pancreas, who underwent a complete laparoscopic pylorus-preserving cephalic pancreatoduodenectomy (laparoscopic pylorus-preserving pancreatoduodenectomy. L–PPPD). The procedure took place on 21. 3. 2022, the patient was afterwards revised by laparoscopic approach because of hemoperitoneum on second day after first surgery. After this revision the postoperative course was without complications and the patient was discharged on twelfth day after the primary procedure.
