Case report of right-sided perforated diverticulitis
The prevalence of right-sided diverticulitis is relatively low in our population. In this case we report an urgent state of perforated right-side diverticulitis with stercoral peritonitis solved by transverse suture with inverted perforated diverticulum with diverting axial ileostomy.
