Hand carcinoma in patient with diabetes mellitus
Skin cancer is the most common malignancy, non melanoma skin cancer forms the largest part of malignancies of skin in european population, with increasing tendency. In the age of modern examination modalities and miniinvasive treatment options we present case report of a patient, treated by radical surgery. Early diagnostic and treatment of skin malignancies may be successful, although it needs an active approach of physician and patient too.
