Two-time rupture of the spleen, three months after the abdominal trauma - case report
Trauma of spleen with intraperitoneal bleeding is mostly associated with blunt trauma of abdomen. It can occur even after minimal trauma and could be life – threatening for the pacient. Aside from primary traumatic rupture of spleen is possible developement of splenic rupture in various interval after trauma. This could lead to diagnostic dilemma. In the article, we summ up the general management of splenic ruptures treatment and we present case report of pacient with secondary splenic rupture and hemoperitoneum 3 months after primary trauma.
