The pros and cons of the introduction of quality management system in a psychiatric hospital - experience with evaluation of quality of nursing and treatment process after the first year
Quality Management System (QMS), its implementation to practice and all tasks and duties related to it, are everyday experience of many health care facilities. Changes in the poorly staffed and technically equipped health system are carried out in a rather difficult way. Results of the annual evaluation of the implementation of standard diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are therefore a positive experience for us.
