The state of bipolar disorder - contemporary knowledge: the treatment of bipolar depression
Bipolar disorder takes place popular and common disorder and in connection with this we see growth of her prevalence. The hereditability of bipolar disorder is 85 % approximately. In this article are explained today´s therapeutical guidelines: TMAP-BD, CANMAT, NICE, APA for treatment of depressive phase of bipolar disorder what belong among the most acceptable. We indicate on differences between acute treatment and strategy of long-term therapy of bipolar depression and knowledge about importance of psychotherapy in the treatment of bipolar depression.
