Amisulprid monotherapy in breastfeeding psychotic patient

Contribution reveals the story of the female patient with slow evolving psychotic affection, which primarily conspicuously resembled depression. Only during hospitalization was formalized the diagnosis of schizoform psychosis and antipsychotic drug amisulprid was successfully administered to the breastfeeding patient. At the end of the article the curiosities of the case are analyzed and series of practical reflections are offered.
