Mobbing – Serious Problems in Work Relations, With Special Reference to Health Care Settings

The article talks about the manifestations of mobbing, specific fr contemporary society and health care settings. The authors summarize and describe various displays of violence, bullying, mobbing, bossing, and other forms of problem behavior in the context of work relations. They point out the dangers of such behaviour and its growing occurence, supplying their assertions with the outcomes of several research projects. In the article, they provide a definition of the perpetrators of mobbing, its victims, the way mobbing is usually played out, and the ways to prevent and solve these types of situations.
