The work higlihts the current problems, such as freguent start of dependencies (especially alkohol dependence of women) caused by primary eating disorder, lack of attention from health professionals towards earlier diagnosis of eating disorders in finding addictological diagnosis and providing help to dependent persons. It emphasizes the singularity of eating disorders for people with substance and non - substance addictions. The author stress the comprehensive therapeutic approach to addicts who have secondary diagnosis, an eating disorder.
