The combination of antipsychotics in the treatment of schizophrenia
Use of combined antipsychotics for patients with treatment resistant schizophrenia is common practice in psychiatry. For patients who have not responded to non-clozapine monotherapy, and are unable to use or unresponsive to clozapine, combination therapy with other antipsychotics is another alternative.
