Depression – disturb turning on factor of neuroplasticity
Neuronal plasticity is mostly discused in continuity with cellular and behavioral models of learning and memory, mainly spacious and work memory. Neuronal plasticity is the basic process, where the brain is getting informations and create proper answers for use in future. Dysfunction of these process share with pathofysiological disorders of mood. Correction could be done by ballance introduction of proper plasticity – structural neuronal reconstruction. Preclinical and clinical monitoring have found structural neuronal changes as a stress answer. Antidepresive medicine can stop or reverse that dysfunction.
