Review brings a selection of most substantial informations about bipolar disorder diagnosis according to new DSM-5 classification. Against the DSM-IV-TR is the essential change creating items of “mixed features“ and an “anxious distress“ which allow a closer specification of manic, hypomanix and major depressive episode.
