Principles of management and its use in healthcare I.
Issue of complexity within health care systems affect management decision in general and relationships with patients in particular. Managers are frequently faced with problem arising from changes within the system. The greatest impact on the future of organisation arises from changes in the external environment but the major part of management time and effort is directed at the internal environment.
