Importance of dental caries prevention and treatment in milky dentition
The authors of this work evaluate the risk factors for the development of dental caries in children and they divide them into: clinical evidence, dietary habits, plaque control, use of fluorides, salivary factors, social history and medical history. The aim is to inform pediatric society about the importance of dental caries treatment in milky dentition and provide a list of basic principles of methods of prevention and oral hygiene.
