The role of the clinical pharmacist in the health care in Teaching hospital Nitra
Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the optimization of pharmacotherapy. They cooperate in choosing an effective and safe treatment and so minimize adverse effects and failure of pharmacotherapy. Clinical pharmacist should be part of the health care team in each hospital.
