Multidisciplinary team approach of paediatrician, neurologist and a clinical pharmacist in management of a paediatric patient with pharmacoresistant epilepsy
Young patient suffering from pharmacoresistant epilepsy poses a complicated case due to medication interactions, correct dose calculation, suitable drug formulation and need for off-label therapy or extemporaneous preparation, as shown in the presented patient case.
