Risks and side effects of treatment of psoriasis in selected groups of patients
Psoriasis is multifactorial disease with manifestation on genetic background. It is a chronic inflammatory disease that significantly reduces the quality of life of the patient. Psoriasis is driven by immune mechanisms with important role of activated T-lymphocytes. In selected groups of patients, pointing out the risks and side effects of treatment.
