Solid dosage forms and the solubility
Orally solid dosage forms are the most popular not only for patients but also for health care professionals. Un willingness to take a given group of dosage forms, patients with dysphasia. For these reasons, prefer modified formulations mainly using more modern disintegrants to ensure their rapid decay, and thus affect the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of the drug. Change disintegrant may change the application path, which provides greater user comfort.
