Management of acute musculoskeletal pain
Pain is define as a distressing sensory and emotional experience associated with potential or actual tissue damage. Acute pain is a symptom of pathological, post-traumatic, structural or functional changes and has signaling and protective function. In the therapy of acute muskuloskeletal pain are used different approaches: from non-pharmacological interventions, through the use of over-the-counter drugs up to prescription drugs.
