Treatment of tobacco dependence and pharmaceutical care
The tobacco dependence is a serious health and social problem which tends to increase. The paper shows the possible effects of smoking on health and highlights the current treatment options for nicotinism. There is highlighted the important position of pharmacist as professional who comes in daily contact with people and is able within his dispensing care to perform successful anti-smoking activities.
