Interactions of the antineoplastic drugs with other drugs
Due to increasing number of the new antineoplastic drugs in clinical practice, which should not have fully known safety profile and combination with polymorbid oncology patient which could be taking another drugs, the occurence of the drug interaction is possible. Review article is describing some pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic antineoplastic drug interactions.
