Individually prepared drugs in pharmaceutical practice

The article deals with problematic of study of current prescriptions in individual drug preparation in a community pharmacy with respect to various relevant aspects if its use. It also monitors the prescription in a certain time period and analyses it based on various factors. Topicality of this issue is supported by a marked decrease of rate of individually prepared drugs (IPD) preparation in last decades as well as by a necessity to keep it for reasons like certain diagnoses, technological and economic aspects and age differences, requiring distinctive specification of the prepared drug.
