Extraction methods in the preparation of dosage forms I.
The presented 1st part of the topic is focused on physical and chemical aspects of the leaching vegetable drugs, categorization of extraction methods and ways of isolation of therapeutically active substances. Since the kinetics and performance of a therapeutic agent depends on its transfer through biological membranes this issue creates a natural part of this paper. The second part is supposed to be devoted to the particular dosage forms – infusa, decocta, tinctures and extracts.
